    Once you find everything in order, you can take off. The key is in the glove compartment.In case of automatic cars, first step on the brake then turn the key. Electric cars are silent, so the READY sign on the dashboard shows that the engine is already running, whilst in gas-powered cars you can hear the engine starting. With the engine running, shift from P (park) to D (drive) or R (reverse) and step off the brake pedal. In gas-powered VW cars shift from N (neutral) to D or R and step on the gas pedal. If you are sitting in a car with manual gearbox, put the vehicle in the 1st gear and do not forget to release the handbrake.

All our Kia vehicles have automatic transmission, so to start, first apply the brakes and then turn the key. Shift the gearbox from P (Park) or N (neutral) to D (Drive) or R (Reverse). Helyesbítéshez való jog: Ön jogosult arra, hogy kérésére az Adatkezelő indokolatlan késedelem nélkül helyesbítse az Önre vonatkozó pontatlan személyes adatokat. Figyelembe véve az adatkezelés célját, Ön jogosult arra, hogy kérje a hiányos személyes adatok – egyebek mellett kiegészítő nyilatkozat útján történő – kiegészítését.

Törléshez való jog:
Ön jogosult arra, hogy kérésére az Adatkezelő indokolatlan késedelem nélkül törölje az Önre vonatkozó személyes adatokat, Adatkezelő pedig köteles arra, hogy az Önre vonatkozó személyes adatokat indokolatlan késedelem nélkül törölje, amennyiben bizonyos feltételek fennállnak. Többek között az Adatkezelő köteles törölni az Ön kérelmére személyes adatait, amennyiben a személyes adatokra már nincs szükség abból a célból, amelyből azokat gyűjtötték vagy más módon kezelték; amennyiben Ön az adatkezelés alapját képező hozzájárulását visszavonja és az adatkezelésnek nincs más jogalapja; vagy a személyes adatokat jogellenesen kezelték; avagy Ön tiltakozik az adatkezelés ellen és nincs elsőbbséget élvező jogszerű ok az adatkezelésre; a személyes adatokat az Adatkezelőre alkalmazandó uniós vagy tagállami jogban előírt jogi kötelezettség teljesítéséhez törölni kell; a személyes adatok gyűjtésére információs társadalommal összefüggő szolgáltatások kínálásával kapcsolatosan került sor.

Ha az adatkezelés az Ön hozzájárulásán alapul, a hozzájárulás visszavonásának következménye:

Amennyiben hozzájárulását visszavonja személyes adatai kezelésére vonatkozóan, személyes adatait töröljük, az üzleti szolgáltatással kapcsolatos kapcsolatfelvételt és kapcsolattartást azonban sajnos nem tudjuk biztosítani.

Tájékoztatjuk, hogy az Ön hozzájárulásának visszavonása nem érinti a visszavonás előtt a hozzájárulás alapján végrehajtott adatkezelés jogszerűségét.

Az adatkezelés korlátozásához való jog:

Ön jogosult arra, hogy kérésére az Adatkezelő korlátozza az adatkezelést, ha az alábbiak valamelyike teljesül:

Ön vitatja a személyes adatok pontosságát, ez esetben a korlátozás arra az időtartamra vonatkozik, amely lehetővé teszi, hogy az Adatkezelő ellenőrizze a személyes adatok pontosságát; b) az adatkezelés jogellenes, és Ön ellenzi az adatok törlését, és ehelyett kéri azok felhasználásának korlátozását; c) az Adatkezelőnek már nincs szüksége a személyes adatokra adatkezelés céljából, de Ön igényli azokat jogi igények előterjesztéséhez, érvényesítéséhez vagy védelméhez; vagy d) Ön tiltakozott az adatkezelés ellen; ez esetben a korlátozás arra az időtartamra vonatkozik, amíg megállapításra nem kerül, hogy az Adatkezelő jogos indokai elsőbbséget élveznek-e az Ön jogos indokaival szemben.
  2. Ha az adatkezelés a fentiek alapján korlátozás alá esik, az ilyen személyes adatokat a tárolás kivételével csak az Ön hozzájárulásával, vagy jogi igények előterjesztéséhez, érvényesítéséhez vagy védelméhez, vagy más természetes vagy jogi személy jogainak védelme érdekében, vagy az Unió, illetve valamely tagállam fontos közérdekéből lehet kezelni.
  3. Az adatkezelés korlátozásának feloldása esetén az Adatkezelő Önt előzetesen tájékoztatja.

Tiltakozáshoz való jog:
Ön jogosult arra, hogy a saját helyzetével kapcsolatos okokból bármikor tiltakozzon személyes adatainak az Adatkezelő jogos érdekéből eredő kezelése ellen. Ebben az esetben az Adatkezelő a személyes adatokat nem kezelheti tovább, kivéve, ha az Adatkezelő bizonyítja, hogy az adatkezelést olyan kényszerítő erejű jogos okok indokolják, amelyek elsőbbséget élveznek az Ön érdekeivel, jogaival és szabadságaival szemben, vagy amelyek jogi igények előterjesztéséhez, érvényesítéséhez vagy védelméhez kapcsolódnak.

A jogok gyakorlásának keretei:
Az Adatkezelő indokolatlan késedelem nélkül, de mindenféleképpen a kérelem beérkezésétől számított egy hónapon belül tájékoztatja Önt az előbbiekben felsorolt jogaival kapcsolatos kérelem nyomán hozott intézkedésekről. Szükség esetén, figyelembe véve a kérelem összetettségét és a kérelmek számát, ez a határidő további két hónappal meghosszabbítható. A határidő meghosszabbításáról az Adatkezelő a késedelem okainak megjelölésével a kérelem kézhezvételétől számított egy hónapon belül tájékoztatja Önt. Ha Ön elektronikus úton nyújtotta be a kérelmet, a tájékoztatást lehetőség szerint elektronikus úton kell megadni, kivéve, ha Ön azt másként kéri.

Ha az Adatkezelő nem tesz intézkedéseket az Ön kérelme nyomán, késedelem nélkül, de legkésőbb a kérelem beérkezésétől számított egy hónapon belül tájékoztatja Önt az intézkedés elmaradásának okairól, valamint arról, hogy Ön panaszt nyújthat be az illetékes adatvédelmi felügyeleti hatóságnál (Magyarországon a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóságnál; „NAIH”), és élhet bírósági jogorvoslati jogával. A fenti információkat az Adatkezelőnek írásban vagy más módon – ideértve adott esetben az elektronikus utat is – kell megadni. Az Ön kérésére szóbeli tájékoztatás is adható, feltéve, hogy más módon igazolták az Ön személyazonosságát.

Ha a bíróság (törvényszék) a keresetnek helyt ad, a jogsértés tényét megállapítja és az Adatkezelőt a jogellenes adatkezelési művelet megszüntetésére, az adatkezelés jogszerűségének helyreállítására, illetve az érintett jogai érvényesülésének biztosítására pontosan meghatározott magatartás tanúsítására kötelezi, és szükség esetén egyúttal határoz a kártérítés, sérelemdíj iránti igényről is. A bíróság (törvényszék) elrendelheti ítéletének – az Adatkezelő azonosító adatainak közzétételével történő – nyilvánosságra hozatalát, ha az ítélet személyek széles körét érinti, vagy ha a bekövetkezett jogsérelem súlya a nyilvánosságra hozatalt indokolja.

    What is car sharing?

    Car sharing is a car rental service, when in our case, after following the registration you can book a car through an app 0-24 during the day.

  • 2.

    What is your service area?

    Inner districts of Budapest, please check the map of the Limo zone here and in the app.

  • 3.

    How many cars do you have in total?

    Currently we have almost 450 vehicles to ensure wide coverage. The number of cars available in a very moment can differ from this, as cars already booked won’t show in the app.

  • 4.

    What cars do you have in your fleet?

    At the moment, we offer electric Dacia Spring, gas-powered Volkswagen Up!s, Kia Picantos, Mercedes-Benz A-Classes, Opel Astra, hybrid Fiat500 and Toyota Yaris, furthermore Opel Combo Cargo vehicles.

  • 5.

    Who can use our service?

    Anyone over 18 who had a valid category B driving licence for at least a year and a Hungarian address card and registers in the app. And downloads the app, that is necessary, for sure. The service is available with or without monthly fee. The rental fee includes all costs: refueling, parking and maintenance costs. There are 50 kilometres included only in your daily rentals, which means that any extra km over the included ones incur additional km charges.

    Can I use your service as a company or only as a private individual?

    MOL Limo is available to private individuals and companies as well. If you would like to register your business, please contact us at business@mollimo.hu. For more information please click here.

  • 7.

    How do I pay?

    The payments are automatically deducted from the registered debit or credit card.

  • 8.

    Is there a daily usage maximum?

    Well, we do not limit the maximum amount you can spend with us, however one rental of one specific car can last for 72 hours. After that, the rental will close.

  • 9.

    I understand that for MOL Bubi, there are stations where you can "park" them. Same for MOL Limo?

    Nope, no stations for MOL Limo. You can leave the car in any public parking space within the Limo zone without paying for it. However, if you leave the Limo zone, don’t forget to pay the applicable parking fee. Cars can be used domestically outside the Limo zone, but in order to complete the rental in the app, the user must return to the Limo zone.

  • 10.

    Is the parking fee included in the MOL Limo fee?

    Yes, if you leave it in any public parking space within the Limo zone. If you suspend the trip (use the Stopover option) and park the car in a paying parking space, you will have to pay for the parking fee.

Registration

  • 1.

    How do I register?

    In the MOL Limo app. During registration you will need to upload two photos of your driving licence (both sides of it), photo of the address page of your Hungarian address card, as well as a selfie with the front page of your driving licence.

  • 2.

    How do I download the MOL Limo app?

    You can download the application from the App Store, Google Play and Huawei App Gallery.

  • 3.

    When I register, do you request security deposit?

    No, we do not do such things.

  • 4.

    What types of debit or credit cards do you accept?

    At the moment, we can only accept embossed Mastercard, Visa or American Express cards.

  • 5.

    My phone uses Windows, I can’t download the app!

    You cannot download the app to a Windows Phone, it is only available on Android or iOS.

  • 6.

    I am abroad or I am expatriate in Hungary, can I download the app in this case?

    The app is available worldwide in every store, so foreigners living in Hungary can also use the service if they have a Hungarian address card.

  • 7.

    How much is the registration fee?

    The registration fee is 2490 HUF. Use the code DRIVELIMO during the registration and you get the registration fee back in Limo-credits.

  • 8.

    How to use the DRIVELIMO code?

    The beginning of promotion period is 6 October, 2021 00:01 and the promotion is valid at the date of registration, so independent of the date of acceptance. Any user who starts the registration process after 6 October, 2021 00:01 and uses the DRIVELIMO promo code correctly on the Registration field of MOL Limo application, is entitled to travel it after paying the 2490 HUF registration fee. The promotion can only be used with the DRIVELIMO code and MOL Limo is not responsible for incorrect use of the code. If the user redeems a code other than the DRIVELIMO code during the registration process, MOL Limo is not obliged to provide a correction, refund or compensation. The registration terms of the Limo GTC are valid for promotion registration (https://www.mollimo.hu/hu/legal). In case of the declined registration, the user will not receive free minutes in any way, even if we accept the registration later. The promotion registration is not valid for the registrations started before 6 October, 2021.

    The 2490 HUF registration fee firstly will be charged, then will be credited for free minutes which can be used for minute fee vehicle usage. The amount of free minutes are gross 2490 HUF, which you can use in the 60 days after redeeming, even for more trips. Free minutes are automatically reduced from your balance during the trip. The free minutes are available for all vehicles of Limo fleet. The free minutes can not be applied to the monthly fee, airport fee or the penalties, fines and other fees receiving during the promotion period.

    The discount is only available to registered private users. You can find the amount and the expiry date of discount under the „Limo-credits and coupons” field in the app. The amount of trips will be charged daily from the total amount of the discount, not immediately after the trip. MOL Limo will not send another special notice about the discount and its use or expiration. You can not convert the discount to cash and can not donate it. If you do not use the discount until the expiration date, Limo will not be able to refund it, reactivate it or convert it to cash.

    MOL Limo has the right to withdraw the discount anytime and does not take responsibility for any loss arising from technical problems related to the application or the backend system. MOL Limo is not responsible if the user is unable to use the discount due to the absence of information.

    The promotion is valid until it is canceled.

MOL MOVE points collection

    How can I link my MOL Move and MOL Limo accounts?

    In the MOL Move app, you can access the "Link MOL Limo" menu item in the My Profile menu. Here, you can request a special promotional code by clicking on the "Link MOL Limo" button, which you can redeem in the MOL Limo app under "Limo credits and coupons"; by redeeming the coupon, we will not only link your accounts, but also top up your balance with 500 HUF Limo credit.

    Important: You can only link your accounts if you have both MOL Move and Limo registration.

  • 2.

    How can I collect points with riding with Limo?

    You get 1 point for every 100 HUF spent on ride, or double points if you rent any electric car. Points are calculated based on the total amount of the trip, which may includes other items in addition to the per minute charge, such as rental start-up fees, airport charges, so you get points for these as well.

    In addition, if you are a monthly plan Limo user, you will receive 50 points every month in exchange for the monthly fee, and 1 point for every 100 HUF you spend on credit purchases via the Limo app. However, remember, as points are calculated based on the total amount of your bill, if you paid for your trip with Limo credits, you will not receive MOL Move points.

  • 3.

    How do I split my Limo and MOL Move accounts?

    If you no longer wish to earn points with Limo driving, please send an email to hello@molmove.hu and we will disconnect your accounts within 30 days. If you change your mind later, you can reconnect your MOL Move and Limo accounts at any time.

When hitting the road with a MOL Limo

  • 1.

    How much time do I have till getting to the car?

    You have 25 mins to get to the car after booking it. If you do not make it, we will cancel your booking. You can book the same car once again, so you can book the same vehicle 2x25 minutes in a row. If you do not start your trip during this time, you will not be able to book again the selected vehicle for 120 minutes. But you can book another vehicle, of course.

  • 2.

    I cannot find the car I booked. What should I do?

  • 3.

    What is the max time allowed for driving around with my chosen MOL Limo?

    You have 72 hours. Okay, in case of electric cars, charging level can make it shorter.

  • 4.

    How do I cancel a booking?

    Just tap on Cancel in the app.

  • 5.

    Where can I leave the car when I reached my destination?

    In any public parking space within the LIMO zone, and of course meet the road safety regulation when parking the vehicle.

  • 6.

    Pets in the car?

    Unfortunately, you cannot take your four-legged-friend to a MOL Limo ride. Please understand that other drivers can have allergy to animals, plus in some cases (definitely not yours 😊) pets might get the interior dirty.

  • 7.

    Having a smoke in the car?

    Nope, you cannot smoke in a MOL Limo.

  • 8.

    Eating in the car?

    Eating in cars is also forbidden.

  • 9.

    Talking on the phone in the car?

    No cell phone when driving. Safety first! However, you can connect your smart phone via bluetooth to the car’s infocommunications system, and by doing so you can talk on the phone.

  • 10.

    My fav playlist in the car?

    No probs! SD card, USD input or via Bluetooth from your phone.

  • 11.

    Can I pick up other passengers?

    Friends or family for sure, however you cannot use a MOL Limo for business purposes. So please do not transform into a taxi driver after getting into the car.

  • 12.

    Driving in the bus lane?

    Nope, you cannot do that, it is against the law.

  • 13.

    I got stopped by the police, what should I do?

    Certified copy of the vehicle log book is in the glove compartment. That should do the job alongside your personal documents.

  • 14.

    Okay, here is this: I must do a quick stop (for instance shopping), however I would like to continue my trip after that?

    Do not end your booking in the app, just change it to the stopover option. For VW, Kia, Fiat 500, Opel Astra, Opel Combo Cargo, Dacia Spring and Toyota Yaris cars, lock the car with the key but do not close the rental period in the app. If you chose a keyless Mercedes vehicle you can only lock the car by pushing the Stopover button in the application. Important, that you can only pause your trip if you drive the car before and after the waiting period. Lovely, isn’t it?

Refueling / Charging

  • 1.

    Who is responsible for recharging/refueling the cars?

    Charging and fueling the cars is mainly the responsibility of our fleet operators but you can get extra Limo-credits if you fill up or recharge a car that has a low range. Click here for terms and conditions: Tankolás & töltés kreditért - Promóciós Szabályzat

  • 2.

    Where can I recharge Limo cars?

    You can recharge our cars at any MOL Plugee station in Hungary with the help of the blue charging card in the glove compartment.

  • 3.

    How can I recharge Limo cars?

    If the autonomy of the car is low, search for a MOL Plugee station near You. The MOL MOVE or MOL Plugee application can help you with this.

    Park the car in front of the desired charger.

    Take the charging card from the glove compartment of the car. Touch the card to the card reader of the Plugee charging post, then connect the charging cable to the car and make sure that the charging has started.

    If you would like to stop the charging process, touch the card to the card reader, then put the charging cable back in its place.

    At the end of the process put the card back in its place, otherwise you’ll not be able to finish your trip.

  • 4.

    Can I finish my trip at a charging station?

    You cannot finish your trip at a charging station.

  • 5.

    Are there charging cables in the cars?

    No, there are no cable in the cars and unfortunately we cannot manage to equip you with one, so if you need to charge a car, look for charging stations equipped with cables. We warmly recommend our friends at MOL Plugee, you check the continuously growing network here.

  • 6.

    Where can I refuel Limo cars?

    You can refuel our cars at any MOL or Orlen gas station in Hungary with the help of the black-gold fuel card in the glove compartment.

  • 7.

    How can I refuel Limo cars?

    If the autonomy of the car is low, search for a MOL or Orlen station near You.

    Park the car in front of the desired pump.

    Take the fuel card from the glove compartment of the car.

    Refuel the car fully with EVO 95 fuel (in case of Limo XL vehicles, use EVO Diesel) You cannot use the card to buy premium fuel!

    Go to the shop and pay with the fuel card, using the PIN code that you can find in the app (Trip details: „How to refuel” „Get details” „Show PIN code”)

    Put the card back in its place, otherwise you’ll not be able to finish your trip.

Got some difficulties

  • 1.

    The car I booked is not in the best condition.

    Report any damages in the app before unlocking the car at the Damage report section, should there be a cleanliness issue, report it via the Cleanliness surface.

  • 2.

    I cannot open or lock the car. I am freaking out!

    I left my stuff or I found someone else’s in the car. What should I do?

  • 4.

    What happens if I do not return the key?

    If you do not put back the key to its place in case of Smart, VW & Kia, Fiat 500, Opel Astra, Opel Combo Cargo, Dacia Spring, Toyota Yaris vehicles, then you cannot end your trip and the minute fee is charged on you. So if you do not need the car anymore, please put back the key to its place in the glove compartment. Should you lose the key, please report it to the customer service. We will charge the cost of the key replacement as it is stated in the Terms.

  • 5.

    Who pays the parking, speeding or other fines?

    Fines due as a result of your wrongdoing, therefore you must carry the consequences. After receiving a fine, we charge it on your credit card together with the administration fee according to our Terms. Our system enables us to identify who used the car when the specific event happened.

  • 6.

    What happens if there is an accident I am involved with a MOL Limo?

    Please call our Customer Services from the application or on the phone +36-1-776-7176 and, if necessary, the police as well and wait on the spot until they arrive. Limo-fleet is covered by mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance, so any damage caused to someone else will be covered by that. User’s liability for damage caused to a Limo-car is up to 10% of the total amount of damage, but a minimum of HUF 350,000, unless the damage is less than HUF 350.000.

  • 7.

    What happens if I do not return the airport entry or the fuel card?

    If you do not put back the cards to its place in the glove compartment, then you cannot end your trip and the minute fee is charged on you, just like in case of keys. So after the usage, please put back the plastic cards to its place as well. As it is stated in the Terms, we will charge the cost of improper use or loss of airport and fuel cards.

    Tip: Before starting a trip, always check whether the plastic cards is in the vehicle and if you cannot find it there, please notify our Customer Service.

Daily rental

  • 1.

    What is the maximum rental period for a trip?

    The maximum rental period is 72 hours per trip, so you can take our cars for three days at once.

  • 2.

    Can I end my trip outside of Budapest now?

    No, you can only start and finish your trip inside the Limo zone, however you can make a stopover anywhere in Hungary, and you can use the application or the key of the car (if there is one) to open and close the vehicles outside the Limo zone.

  • 3.

    Can I go abroad now?

    No, you can only use our cars in Hungary.

  • 4.

    After how many minutes do you switch to daily rental?

    Once your rental time exceeds 300 minutes, it will automatically switch to daily rental. If your trip exceeds 24 hours, the next day your rental time will be charged on an hourly basis and once your rental time exceeds 300 minutes again on the second day, it will switch to the daily fee.

  • 5.

    Are there any kilometre fees?

    As long as your rental runs on a minute or hour based rate, there is a per kilometre charge added to it. For a daily rental, the daily rate includes 50 km and per kilometre fees only apply once you exceeded this limit. The 50 kilometres are available per rental day, so you can do 50 kilometres for each daily fee. If your trip involves several days, we will take the total number of kilometres during your entire trip, no matter which day you travelled.

  • 6.

    Are zone fees included in the maximum daily fee?

    No, these are not included in the maximum daily fee. So if you start or finish your rental in a zone that has additional fees (for example: airport fee) these are automatically added to your rental and not included in the maximum daily fee.

  • 7.

    Are there highway vignettes on Limo cars?

    Mercedes A, Toyota Yaris, Opel Astra and Combo models have an annual highways sticker valid for the whole country, so you no longer need to buy it separately if you are travelling far with any of these cars, anywhere in the country. On our non-premium models (Kia Picanto, Volkswagen Up, Fiat 500), you’ll find a Pest County highway sticker - so if you use toll roads outside the county, you’ll still have to take care of the vignette.     If I had more than one trip a day, does the maximum daily fee apply to me?

    If you have had more than one trip per a day, it applies to each of your trips separately, so the amount of your driving fees per trip cannot be more than the maximum daily fee for that car. If you want to enjoy the advantages of the daily fee, it is important not to terminate your trip permanently while you need the car, because if you start a new trip, the system will start calculating the fee from the beginning, so the two (or more) rentals cannot be combined into one daily fee.

OF MOL LIMO FOR BUSINESS

WHAT IS MOL LIMO?

MOL Limo is a carsharing service of MOL Group, established in 2018. You can use it 0-24 with a smartphone application after online registration.

Our fleet includes electric Dacia Spring, gas powered Volkswagen Up!, Kia Picanto, Opel Astra, Mercedes-Benz A-class, hybrid Fiat 500 and Toyota Yaris, and Opel Combo Cargo type cars, that are available in the inner districts of Budapest, so called Limo-zone. There aren’t any dedicated parking spots, you can leave the cars anywhere within the Limo-zone, except private parking lots, where the parking is allowed according to traffic regulations (KRESZ in Hungarian) effective at all times.

The parking fee is paid by MOL Limo in public areas within the Limo zone, our customers only have to pay for the minute fee. In case you choose to parkto park a Limo at a private parking spot during your rental, you must pay the parking fee. Cars can also be used outside the Limo zone within the country, but in order to complete the rental in the app, the user must return to the Limo zone.

HOW DO COMPANIES REGISTER?

The registration of company users is a two-step process, during which first the company is registered according to the completed contract, then the individual company users can be added, even with different cost centres.

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE SERVICE?

The offered pricing depends on the number of users, the frequency of usage and the planned rental time. The prices offered by MOL Limo grant a significant increase in savings compared to taxi fee or the use of company fleet cars.

HOW DO COMPANY CUSTOMERS USE THE LIMOS?

After the completed contract, and the registration of the individual users, each company customer can book a car, start or end their trip with the help of MOL Limo application. There is nothing else to do, since the payment and invoicing is automatized, working separately from the individual customers.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?

At the beginning of every months, we charge the company credit card once, including all completed trips of business users within the previous month.

HOW DOES THE BILLING WORK?

MOL Limo provides an electronic summary invoice for every one of their partners, that contains every single rental, on monthly basis.

HOW TO TRACK THE USAGE OF CARS?

The bookings of customers and every other detail about the trips can be tracked on the front office platform all times. Therefore it is possible to control expenses as well as the usage of cars.

ONE MORE PRO OF USING LIMO

Carbon dioxide emission was decreased by 120 tons, only in the first year of MOL Limo. Regarding the experience of leading European cities in company carsharing programs, one shared car can substitute 5 to 10 personally-owned cars, this probably also applies to company fleet cars.
This form of transportation has a positive impact on our environment, since it helps to reduce overcrowding of cities and air pollution. In 2018 MOL Limo won the Business Council for Sustainable Development in Hungary’s award, For a Sustainable Future Prize as a Business solution category winner.

    Always pay attention to sit in to a well-fed electric Limo. If the vehicle’s range falls below 30km, you can't book that specific Limo. If the range is 10km, you'll need to end your trip, so our team can drive it to our chargers. If you don’t follow this, we have to charge you a fine! On the dashboard you can see the amount of kilometres still left.

    Bumped to some other vehicle? Do not freak out, just call us, and we will help. It’s important that you should wait for our operators to help you, otherwise we will have to fine you!

    If you book a car, you have 25 mins to get there. Don’t hurry, should anything hinder you getting there, you can rebook it once again for 25 mins. After that, however, you will not be able to book that specific car for 2 hrs.

  • You rent, you drive

    We know, that everybody is falling for Limo, however one thing is important: if it was you, who rented the car, you must be the one driving it, too.

  • Check where you park

    Do not stop the car where it's prohibited (e.g. taxi stations, handicapped parking, bus stops, etc.). Do not forget, driving in a bus lane is prohibited with an electric car as well!

  • Lost and found

    Did you find or lose something? No probs, just call the customer service!

  • Not in a proper condition?

    Always look around what you leave behind in your car! If you do not find the car in the right condition, please tell us in the app using the cleanliness report.

  • No pets allowed

    We love animals just as much, but unfortunately they are not allowed in a Limo! Please think of those with allergies, so if you are taking a Limo, leave your four-legged friends home!

  • Do not leave me alone!

    Your Limo is always ready to go! However, if you are currently not driving the car, please make sure to put the car to stopover mode, for your own safety. Otherwise, the Limo will automatically close itself and finishes your trip after 5 minutes and you will have to start a new trip.

  • Discover the whole country!

    Rent a Limo for longer terms and travel freely in the whole country! If you are leaving the country, do not choose MOL Limo. If you do cross the border, we will impose a severe penalty on you.

  • Check it with the wrench symbol!

    Remember, you can check the damages of a car any time in the app, even while you’re on a trip! Just tap the wrench icon in the top right corner! Before you start, always make sure all damages have been reported already! If so, you don’t have to take a picture of them!

  • Find out more!

    If you are using MOL Limo, it’s important to know the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) as well. Ignorance of the GTC is no defence!

  • Daily rental after 300 minutes!

    If you chose daily rental, the timeframe starts from the booking time, not based on calendar days! When you reach 300 minutes during your rental, it will automatically turn to a daily rental.

  • Plugee is not a parking spot

    Did you finish your trip? In that case, do not leave the car at a MOL Plugee charger, because we have to charge you a fine of 25.000 HUF! Please always think of other electric car drivers, who needs to charge their cars as well and do not block the chargers!

  • Daily 50 km for free!

    Going on a longer trip? We are really happy, but to make sure you are feeling the same way, you can drive 50 km for free in each 24hr rental day! You started a daily trip but slipped over to the second day? No probs! Your rental will continue on hour based price and after you exceed 300 minutes again, you’ll get another 50 km for free.

  • LIMO FIX - Arrive on time!

    The essence of LIMO FIX is planability, which you, the next renter, would like to enjoy as well. Please always return the car to the designated station on time, by the end of the rental period according to your reservation, and inform our customer service immediately in case of obstruction! Remember, you will be charged a penalty in case of delay!

  • LIMO FIX - 200 km per day in the rental fee!

    Do you want to test the car on a longer trip? In the LIMO FIX package, the 24-hour rental period makes this possible, as 200 free km included. Are you planning a two or three day program? In this case, you get 200 km for each day, and the free kilometers can be combined, so you don't have to count the kilometers traveled every day!

  • LIMO FIX - Don't let the car drain!

    In the case of LIMO FIX rentals, you can only finish the rental at the designated station, but the rental is considered complete when you have placed the car on the charging station and started charging with the MOL Plugee card in the glove compartment. If you can, choose the 50 kW MOL Plugee fast charger on the right! If you fail to do all of this, you can expect to be punished!

LIMO FIX

LIMO FIX, the station-based service, is convenient and can be planned, as the car can be picked up at the time booked in advance in the app at the designated MOL service station.

Cost of the rental

The minimum rental period is 24 hours, maximum 72 hours, and the car can be used throughout Hungary. You can only book the type of car - the color of the car cannot be pre-selected - for the rental start times offered by the application.

For each day started, an additional daily rental fee of one day will be charged, e.g. 2 days for a 27-hour rental booking, 3 days for a 60-hour booking. It is also possible to end the rental before the end of the pre-selected rental period, however, there is no refund and the rental fee for the period is payable.

Rental fee includes

Liability for damage caused to the vehicle is limited to 10% of the total amount of the damage, but not less than HUF 1 000 000 per claim. The reduced deductible service is optional and can be requested by emailing info@mollimo.hu no later than 30 minutes before the start of the rental period. Payment of the deductible is due before the start of the rental by automatic debit to the credit card provided in the application. In case of an unsuccessful charge, the reduced deductible service will not be available. In the case of a reduced deductible service, the liability is up to 10% of the total damage, but not less than HUF 350 000. If the damage is less than the minimum deductible, you will be liable for the actual damage.
A car rented within the station-based service does not have an airport card and cannot be used to enter the Holiday Car Park free of charge. Payment of parking fees incurred during the rental period is the responsibility of the Renter, who is liable for the costs of any fines.

Service operation
and process:

Book an appointment
Book an appointment within the app, which is min. 3 hours to 30 days before the start of the rental.
2.
Pay it
Once the booking has been made, the amount of the booked rental will be automatically charged to the credit card provided in the app, and if the charge is not successful, the booking will also fail.
3.
Plate number
You will be notified by e-mail of the exact licence plate of the car 15 minutes before the rental starts.
4.
Pick up the car
You can pick up the car at the designated station at the time you have booked.
5.
Open it
You can unlock the car in the app, start it keyless by stepping on the brakes and moving the gear lever on the right-hand side of the steering wheel to position D. A detailed description of the car's operation will be sent to the registered e-mail address after booking, and is also available here: Manual
6.
Bring it back
Until the expiry of the rental period, the Renter must return the car to the designated station and, at the time of closing, place it on the 50 kW MOL Plugee fast charger on the right hand side of the MOL filling station on Hunyadi út, Budapest (or on the left hand side if this is not possible) and start charging by touching the blue MOL Plugee card - placed in the central storage compartment of the car- to the RFIS reader on the charging column after connecting the charging cable. If possible, start charging with a CCS charger. In the event of delay or failure to start the charging, the Renter will be charged an additional fee or penalty according to the GTC.

Cancellation
conditions:

  • free cancellation at least 24 hours before the start of the booked rental period
  • cancellation within 24 hours, at least 15 minutes before the booked time, the fee is HUF 10 000
  • if cancelled within 15 minutes before the start of the booked rental period, full payment of the rental fee is required and the amount charged to the credit card will not be refunded

Important!

Please return the rented car to the designated MOL service station to 1116 Budapest, Hunyadi János út 2, by the end of the booked rental period at the latest and place it in the MOL Plugee service station.

If you are unable to return the car by the end of the predetermined rental period, please inform the customer service immediately! In the event of late termination, a penalty equal to the amount of the rental may be charged.

If the car is not available on the booked date due to an obstacle (delay, accident, etc.) during a previous rental prior to your rental, we will inform you as soon as possible and will do our best to provide you with a car.

Of course, it is not necessary to be a Limo user to buy a gift card.

I’m not sure for who I buy the gift card is a Limo user? Is it a problem?

The receiver has 60 days to redeem the promotional code on the gift card. Thus, if he/she isn’t our user yet, he/she will need to register within 60 days, however the gift card cannot be used for the amount of the registration fee. If he/she is a Limo user, it is sufficient to enter the promotional code in the "Limo-credits and coupons" menu within the application.

Take a trip with us between 02-03. February 2020 and you will get back 22% of your travelled minute fee as free minutes.

The promotion period is 2 February (Sunday), 2020 00:01- 3 February (Monday), 2020 23:59. Any user who uses any type of Limo vehicle at least once during the defined period, is entitled to travel the 22% of trip(s) amount as free minutes after paying the total fee of trip(s). The total amount of trip(s) firstly will be charged, then 22% of your charged minute fees will be credited as free minutes which can be used for minute fee vehicle usage. The date of crediting is 10 February 2020, 23:59 at the latest. The 22% crediting applies only to the minute fees, not to the registration fee, monthly fee, airport surcharge, Lupa Beach surcharge or the penalties, fines and other fees receiving during the defined period. There is no special code for the discount, 22% of your charged minute fees will be credited automatically after the trips until 10 February 2020 at the latest.

The discount rate is 30%, which means a 30% reduction from occasional minute fees and not a 30% reduction from the total amount of the trip. The discounted occasional minute fees apply to monthly, occasional, and business users as well. The total amount of the trip is calculated with the reduced minute fees. The start date of the 30% discount period is Wednesday, 18 March, 2020 00:01. The 30% discount applies only to the minute fees, not to the airport surcharge, Lupa Beach surcharge or the penalties, fines and other fees receiving during the discount period. In the discount period the registration fee is 0 HUF and the monthly fee will be refunded as free minutes. The discount available for all vehicles of Limo fleet as well as for the stopover fee (smart EQ fortwo: 52 HUF/min, Volkswagen Up!, eUp!, Kia Picanto and smart EQ forfour: 59 HUF/min, Mercedes-Benz A-Class: 83 HUF/min, Mercedes-Benz CLA and CLA Shooting Brake: 90 HUF/min, stopover fee: 17 HUF/min). There is no special code for the discount, which will be deducted automatically during the trips. The discount applies to registered private or business users who start their trip in the discount period. During the discount period, free minutes are deducted from the total discounted amount. As of mid-March, we are deploying hand sanitizers and antibacterial tissues in the cars, please do not take the hand sanitizer with you, as it is a rare commodity nowadays, we could hardly procure it as well.

Since the beginning of March, we have made cleaning and disinfection of our cars more frequent, paying special attention what you need to touch to operate the vehicle (eg. steering wheel, gearbox, handles).

Since January, we have been cleaning our cars in a new system - according to your feedback – noticeably and successfully. This protocol has been tightened, especially with regard to surfaces that have been physically contacted.

What can I do to prevent anyone from being put in danger?
